Last week Vanbex was a major sponsor of the Blockchain Live 2018 conference in London, England. The exhibition connected over 3,000 attendees with 100+ speakers and 60+ exhibitors, and featured presentations from the Vanbex Group, as well as other leading companies such as Ripple, Consensus and Block. One to name a few. Conferences like this allow experts from around the world to share ideas in the true collaborative spirit of the blockchain industry, and if you could not attend the event, here’s a full recap of this year’s event.
Although Blockchain Live has successfully come to an end, there are a handful of updates, developments and exciting stories we would like to share with our community. From exclusive announcements from leading blockchain companies to insights from blockchain pioneers and innovators alike, this one-day event was well worth the wait. In a single day, attendees enjoyed presentations from Vanbex Group, Ripple, Consensus, Block. One, and many others.
Presentations were held across 9 different theatres including; the Crypto Stage, sponsored by Vanbex Group; the Leaders Summit stage, the C-Suite stage, the Fintech Platform, the Govtech Stage, the Technology and Developmental stage, the Product Journey stage and the Blockchain Energy forum. On the conference day, our CEO and Founder, Kevin Hobbs and Lisa Cheng, shared the latest developments of our Token Launcher, Rocket, by our product studio Etherparty.
The most anticipated discussions of the afternoon took place in the Leaders Summit where Kevin Hobbs engaged in a panel talk around the stability of the platform market with Joseph Lubin of Consensus, Daniel Larimer of Block.one, and Marcus Treacher of Ripple. On the Crypto Stage our very own Lisa Cheng joined Financial Times’ Jemima Kelly and Jane Lippencott of Coinfi in a panel around crypto price predictions.
Overall, it was a great atmosphere and wonderful opportunity for our team to once again connect with the brightest minds in the industry. We are looking forward to what next year has in store for us.Follow our social channels and blog for the latest updates from our team: Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn for the latest news and photos from our favourite events.
